UX Researcher · Product Thinker

I care about making difficult moments easier.

The work I’m drawn to has a shape to it. Stakes are real, the user is already under pressure, and the team can’t afford to confuse “we understand them” with “we know what to do.”

When the decision matters, sloppy research can be costly. The job is to leave less ambiguity behind than you found. Keep the questions honest, pressure-test the data, and make sure the team is reading it the same way before they act.

Perspective

I’ve worked every side of where research lands.

UX research doesn’t sit at one end of the product lifecycle. I’ve been lucky to have a seat at the discovery, design, development, and governance tables. That’s why I know what makes research land in a deck no one reopens, and what makes it shift what actually gets built.

How I show up on teams

I do my best work with teams that genuinely want to know what’s true, even when the answer reshapes the plan.

I prefer being embedded with a team to operating at a distance from one.

Working with me

You can count on me to be the one asking questions, and to keep annoyingly asking until we know what we’re actually dealing with.

Beyond work

Pulse Night Club Fundraiser

After the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, my team and I organized a volunteer-led T-shirt fundraiser for the victims’ families. It raised $80,000 in a few weeks. Reading a room fast, listening for what actually moves people, not waiting for permission to act: those instincts came from weeks like that one.

If you’ve made it this far, you probably want a sense of whether we’d work well together. A call answers that faster than a résumé does.
